1. Agreement
Use of the IDA website constitutes agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.
2. Service Description
The website displays bridal and evening dress collections, receives customer inquiries, and facilitates fitting room appointments. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
Custom dress orders require a deposit. The balance is due before delivery. Prices include VAT.
4. Cancellations and Returns
Under the Consumer Protection Law, orders may be cancelled within 14 days of placement, provided the dress has not been custom-fitted. Custom-fitted dresses cannot be cancelled.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including designs, photographs, texts, and logos — is the exclusive property of IDA. Copying, distributing, or using without written permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "AS IS". IDA shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Israel.
8. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
A custom or made-to-order item is one that is sewn, sized, or finished specifically for your order. Production is considered started 48 hours after order confirmation, OR upon the first measurement / fitting appointment, whichever is earlier. From that moment, the order cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or company error. Minor alterations (hem, take-in) are included with the standard price; major alterations (size change, design change) are charged separately and quoted in writing before work begins.
9. Pre-Orders
Some collections are offered as pre-orders. A pre-order requires a deposit at the time of placement, with the balance due before delivery. Estimated ship dates are shared at checkout and are estimates only — actual production timing may shift due to fabric availability or workshop capacity. If a pre-order will be delayed by more than 30 days beyond the original estimate, you may cancel for a full refund of the deposit.
10. Product Variations
All garments are produced in small batches with natural fabrics. Slight variation in shade, weave, and trim between dye lots is normal and does not constitute a defect. Photographs on the website are color-accurate to the best of our ability, but screen rendering may differ slightly from the physical product.
