8. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following processors to operate the site, fulfill orders, and measure marketing. Each processor receives only the data needed for its role.

• Tranzila — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant). Receives your card details directly via secure iframe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized site analytics (page views, traffic sources). Loaded only with your analytics consent.
• Microsoft Clarity — session-replay and heatmaps for UX improvement. Loaded only with your analytics consent.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — ad measurement and audience targeting. Loaded only with your marketing consent.
• Google Tag Manager — container for marketing tags. Loaded only with your marketing consent.
• Shipping courier — receives your name, address, and phone number to deliver your order.
• Email provider — receives your email and order details to send confirmations, shipping updates, and (if you opted in) marketing emails.

9. Data Retention

We retain order data for 7 years to comply with Israeli tax law. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Cookie consent records are kept for up to 12 months.

10. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also withdraw consent for marketing or analytics cookies. Send your request to shop@idastudio.online and we will respond within 30 days.
