Privacy Policy

1. General

IDA Studio ("the website") is operated by Gal Ida Goshen, an Authorized Dealer (עוסק מורשה) registered under No. 204752984. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Protection Act, 1981 and its regulations.

2. Information We Collect

• Full name, email address and phone number: when contacting us or placing an order.
• Shipping address: for product delivery purposes only.
• Anonymous browsing data: to improve user experience.
• Technical error reports: when something on the site fails, we record what failed — the error message, the page it happened on, your browser and device type, and a random session number that is deleted when you close the tab. It contains no personal details and is used only to fix faults. It is collected regardless of your cookie choices, because a shop that is broken has to be fixable.

3. Use of Information

Information is used solely for processing orders, providing customer service, and improving the website. We will not sell, rent, or transfer personal information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

4. Data Security

We employ reasonable security measures to protect information. However, no method of internet transmission guarantees complete security.

5. Cookies

The website uses necessary cookies (cart, checkout, language preference and security) and optional cookies for analytics and advertising measurement (the tools listed in section 8). On your first visit a notice tells you this. Continuing to use the site and pressing "Got it" on that notice constitutes your consent to the optional cookies, in accordance with this policy. The analytics and advertising tools are not loaded before you press it. You can decline or withdraw this consent at any time, per category, from "Manage cookies" at the bottom of every page; withdrawing stops the tools at once and deletes the cookies they set.

We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be published on this page.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following processors to operate the site, fulfill orders, and measure marketing. Each processor receives only the data needed for its role.

• Tranzila: payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant). Receives your card details directly via secure iframe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Google Analytics 4: anonymized site analytics (page views, traffic sources). Loaded only with your analytics consent.
• Microsoft Clarity: session-replay and heatmaps for UX improvement. Loaded only with your analytics consent.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): ad measurement and audience targeting, through the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API (run for us by Meta on Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud). Loaded only with your marketing consent. With that consent, when you place an order, your email address, phone number, name, city and postal code are sent to Meta together with the order's value and items, so Meta can measure which ads led to a purchase. They are first converted, on your device or on our server, into a one-way code (hashed); Meta never receives your card details.
• Google Tag Manager: container for marketing tags. Loaded only with your marketing consent.
• Shipping courier: receives your name, address, and phone number to deliver your order.
• Email provider: receives your email and order details to send confirmations, shipping updates, and (if you opted in) marketing emails.

9. Data Retention

We retain order data for 7 years to comply with Israeli tax law. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Cookie consent records are kept for up to 12 months.

10. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also withdraw consent for marketing or analytics cookies. Send your request to shop@idastudio.online and we will respond within 30 days.

11. International Visitors (GDPR)

If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Our lawful bases are: contract performance (orders), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, basic analytics), and consent (marketing and non-essential cookies).

12. Marketing Communications

You will only receive marketing emails or messages if you have explicitly opted in (via the newsletter form or the optional opt-in at checkout). Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by emailing shop@idastudio.online.
