Shipping, Returns & Cancellation

At IDA STUDIO, we believe in a refined, seamless shopping experience — from the moment you select your piece to the moment it arrives.
Shipping
- Delivery time: 7–10 business days from order confirmation.
- Shipping cost: ₪30 per order.
- Business days: Sunday–Thursday (excluding weekends, holiday eves, and holidays).
- Orders are delivered via a third-party courier service to the customer's address.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including peak periods, holidays, or exceptional circumstances.
In case of failed delivery, non-collection, or re-delivery — an additional shipping fee will apply.
Order Cancellation (Israeli Consumer Protection Law)
Orders may be canceled within 14 days from receiving the product or receiving the transaction details (whichever is later).
Cancellation requests must be sent to: shop@idastudio.online
If the cancellation is not due to a defect or mismatch:
- A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 — whichever is lower — may apply.
- Return shipping cost: ₪30.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Custom-made or made-to-order items.
- Used or worn items.
- Items with signs of wear, odor, washing, or damage.
- Items that are non-returnable under applicable law.
After contacting customer service at shop@idastudio.online, you will receive a return shipping label by email together with detailed instructions to complete the process.
The return label must be printed and attached to the package or the returned item before sending it back.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
- Processing time: up to 14 business days from approval of the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a defect or company error.
The company may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a monetary refund, subject to applicable law.
Defective Items or Order Errors
In the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part:
- The customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement.
- Shipping costs will be covered by IDA.
